We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will great the public coming into the office, ascertain their needs, answer telephone call inquiries and directs them accordingly. Will also perform a variety of general clerical tasks associated with the operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Draft and edit correspondence and other documents
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6 months+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Bi-Lingual preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HUD programs
