Candidates that have strong communcation skills and are able to make customers feel welcome in our store, will stand out. You will help to identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership to ensure a high-performance, customer service-oriented work environment
- Prioritize, assign, evaluate, and supervise the work of all Customer Service Representatives.
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels
- Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or needs
- Identitfy the root cause of inquiries by asking pobing questions to determine the best solution
- Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world class service
