Digital Solutions Specialist
Based: Pittsburgh, PA (Leetsdale) and West Caldwell, NJ
The Digital Solutions Specialist is a key member of the CE's initiative to increase the awareness and adoption of our digital platforms and grow sales transactions online. This position will provide support to customers and CE staff using our eCommerce site and digital platforms. This position can be based in any of CE Northeast's markets in NJ, CT, and NY.
Essential Role, Activities and Responsibilities:
- Develop proficiency with the Watsco Ventures technology suite – Easy Stock, On Call Air, Housecall Pro and other Watsco Ventures offerings
- Train employees and customers on technology offerings and coordinate customer startups of those products
- Demonstrate active listening skills and serve as the e-commerce and digital offerings ambassador for our sales teams, helping to troubleshoot and address digital technical questions
- Assist, troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding placing orders online, password/sign-on issues, and other online-related questions in coordination and collaboration with our HQ customer service team
- Daily immersion into our e-commerce site, identifying areas to optimize and improve the customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and resources, including competitor offerings by participating in physical or virtual trainings, reviewing online catalogs and websites
- Regular travel within the assigned territory
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies and the associated sales/shopping experience
- Knowledge of or ability to develop proficiency with CE's ERP system
- College degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience supporting customers within the various digital and online channels
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and have ability to multi-task as you will be required to switch between multiple systems
- Possess acute problem-solving skills to research, navigate and identify exact resource to resolve customer issues/complaints through independent or collaborative teamwork
- Must be a team player, articulate and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
