**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of disaster restoration services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and homeowners.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate service estimates.
- Present and promote ServiceMaster by Gaudet’s restoration services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed successfully.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the disaster restoration or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
