Overview: The Data Conversion Analyst - Applied Epic is a key player in the transition and conversion of data from legacy agency management systems to the Applied Epic platform. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance agency workflows and the technical acumen to ensure a smooth data transition.
This is a full-time, remote position. Must have access to high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead data conversion projects for the Applied Epic platform, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data structures and conversion requirements specific to Applied Epic.
- Develop detailed data mapping and transformation rules tailored to insurance agency operations using Applied Epic.
- Execute data cleansing, validation, and conversion tasks with a focus on maintaining data quality and consistency within the Applied Epic platform.
- Coordinate with Applied Systems and internal IT teams to troubleshoot conversion issues and optimize conversion processes.
- Document all data conversion procedures and maintain detailed records of data changes and system updates within Applied Epic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data conversion, specifically with the Applied Epic platform in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance agency workflows and data requirements within Applied Epic.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data mapping techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Applied Epic platform and a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
- Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
