Job Overview:
Our Client located in downtwn Chicago is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead they're recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, employee relations, and training development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Lead the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels such as lead generation, HR sourcing, and research
- Utilize recruiting platforms like Taleo, Workday, and Lever to streamline the hiring process
- Oversee employee relations, evaluations, and training development programs
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in recruiting, employee evaluation, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of recruiting software and tools such as Taleo, Workday, Lever
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in developing successful recruiting strategies
