Service Greeter/Shuttle Driver - Toyota of Longview
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, and experienced Service Greeter. The Service Greeter will hospitably greet all Toyota of Longview Service Department clients visiting the dealership and strive to make their service experience positive.
Job Responsibilities
- Understands and follows the greeter process
- Move Vehicles through Dealership
- Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
- Directs clients to lounge, and refers clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates
- Diffuses client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance
- Transport customers in Courtesy Shuttle
- Pick up customer vehicles
- Attends department meetings as needed
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
