Our Project Manager/Estimator in the Glass and Storefront industry is a critical position within our company. The position is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and blueprints ensuring that the company knows everything required to successfully bid and win the project contract. One must aggressively follow up with general contractors and architects to receive bids.
- Prefer 5-10 years of Project Management experience (Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades / Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls and Skylight projects)
- Curtainwall experience
- Ability to work independently; Confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions.
- Ability to handle project management from drafting, estimating, & acquisition of contract through close-out (such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists and close-out docs)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent
- Submit 100% of bids on time and on budget "No exceptions".
- Review bid requirements thoroughly and ask follow-up questions on every bid.
- Understand how to fit subcontractors and vendors to the proper size and scope of the project.

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
