MarketStar currently has an opening for a Enabling Specialist Team Lead for Intel who will be part of a global team and responsible to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to enable their products on Intel Architecture and drive team success.
Location: US - Remote
What Will You Do?
Drive your team to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations through successful pipeline management processes
Coach and develop sales representatives to succeed in hitting daily, weekly, and monthly input and output targets
Lead by example by owning and nurturing relationships with high value sales accounts
Regularly meet with client stakeholder to discuss performance and make strategic recommendations
Collaborate and align with other sales managers within assigned program, sharing best practices and solving problems collectively
Ensure consistent and effective communication by holding regular team meetings/huddles sharing performance expectations
Assess current team processes, procedures, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, and build / execute plans to implement
Utilize data and reporting tools to identify best practices, rep behavior trends, gaps in revenue targets, and make recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance through weekly reporting and formal business reviews
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Results- oriented with a history of driving performance to exceed goals
Experience leading a team of 5+ in a sales environment
Data Centre, AI or Cloud experience an advantage
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Experience building strong relationships, managing conflict, and leading by example
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, O360, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools preferred
Track record of coaching and developing low performers to reach target attainment
Demonstrated ability to understand data / reporting trends, showcase / duplicate success and identify / correct opportunities
What We Offer:
The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 and is paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
