Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in your care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs
- Foster a love for learning through interactive and hands-on experiences
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of special education strategies for supporting diverse learners
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies for young children

- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and best practices
- Experience in toddler care is preferred but not required
