What will you be doing?
- Manage: Manage Supply planning process to fulfill demand.
- Provide strategy: Use inventory targets to make buy decisions that maximize sales and inventory productivity.
- Identify opportunities: Manage buy plans with vendors to fulfill demand. Monitor supply from forecast to shipment to drive continuous improvement.
- Demand planning: Leverage/maximize tool capabilities to ensure order fulfillment. Use of SAP solutions to generate supply plans, upload for purchase, and maintain shoe production life cycles by brand.
- Team collaboration: Partner with Overseas offices for all buys to efficiently execute seasonal and replenishment orders. Align supply with MOQ requirements.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
- 5-7 years Supply Chain Planning experience
- Financial management & business acumen skills
- Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
- SAP/ERP experience a plus
