The Facility Manager is concerned with the administrative performance of the clinic and, in Bakersfield and Dallas, also the administrative offices. Reports to a Regional Director of Operations. Maintains regular communication as appropriate with Human Resources Manager, Controller, Vice President-Finance, Director of Admissions, and Director of Rehabilitation regarding issues which might impact the business and operational activities of the facility. Works closely with the Residential Manager on issues which impact both environments. Works closely with the other Facility Administrators.

Job Tasks:
-
Coordinate and ensure that all required internal facility inspections and related reports have been completed per federal, state, county, city guidelines, and other accreditation and licensing agencies. These include, but are not limited to: Fire and Emergency Drill Report; Fire Checklist; Safety Inspection Check; Maintenance Inspection; Accessibility Plan; and Infection Control Surveillance.

Coordinate and ensure that therapy and other equipment is maintained, calibrated, and serviced on an annual basis.

Supervises receptionist and word processing/medical records staff. Covers receptionist desk as needed for breaks, absences, etc.

Coordinate needed repairs and general facility upkeep with the Maintenance Supervisor to include air conditioning units, pool upkeep, and landscaping.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field and safety certification is preferred or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years experience in business and related fields.
