Essential Functions/Responsibilities
· Design, test, and implement electrical systems
· Troubleshoot and repairing electrical issues
· Work with other engineers and technicians to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly
· Conduct research to identify new technologies and techniques for improving electrical systems
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all electrical systems are integrated properly
· Ensure that all electrical systems meet safety standards
· Participate in boat testing to ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly
Requirements
- Experience with marine electrical systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required
