Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech savvy and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory process from sourcing to shipping to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This role is perfect for someone with experience in inventory management and device configurations and a passion for analyzing data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Source materials, supplies, and equipment and look at reorder points
- Analyze inventory levels and trends to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Utilize online inventory management software to track parts and assembly quantities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inventory discrepancies
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Configure mobile and medical devices prior to shipping for "turn-key" solution
- Assist in the development of inventory policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Tech savvy and able to work with online and mobile applications
- Experience in inventory management or a related field
- Experience with Apple iPads and application settings
- Ability to lift and move inventory using hand truck
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
