Description
The Warehouse Manager is a leadership role responsible for comprehensive inventory control, efficient warehouse operations, and effective supply management. This pivotal management-level position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of product deliveries to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team responsible for outgoing inventory, ensuring shipping accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee incoming inventory, maintaining receiving accuracy and consistency against packing lists.
- Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, including equipment, parts, supplies, and other inventory-related items.
- Supervise the staging of equipment, parts, supplies, and related items through effective boxing and unboxing.
- Ensure efficient handling of ship-ins and coordinate deliveries to setup areas.
- Supervise ship-outs using appropriate carriers, including WWE and JC Delivery as needed.
- Supervise the labeling of parts and supplies while optimizing stocking locations.
- Identify and resolve inventory variances, stockroom operational issues, and vendor order discrepancies.
- Implement and uphold an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- : Ensure the timely and accurate execution of inventory transfers in real-time.
- Proficiently operate a forklift while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Manage vendor relations, including seeking the best pricing scenarios, warranty compliance, and rebate incentives.
- Oversee the proper wrapping, labeling, and stocking of machines.
- Review and approve or reject non-routine trunk and/or replacement part requisitions in coordination with the Field Service Manager (FSM).
- Conduct or assist with quarterly equipment and accessory scanning and reconciliation.
- Provide support to operational managers for in-house repairs.

- 5+ years of progressive inventory control and warehouse management experience.

Education & Certification
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements

- Ability to regularly and clearly communicate with others.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lb boxes and parts.
