- Marketing and Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling branding strategies and marketing campaigns specifically tailored for commercial properties.
- Implement innovative marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, exclusive events, and targeted advertising to showcase commercial listings effectively.

Requirements:
- 3+ Years Real Estate Sales experience
- A proven Realtor in the Commercial Community, demonstrating a successful track record in commercial real estate sales.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Community markets, including trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.
- Strong networking abilities with an established network of high-profile clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent clientele.
