We are currently seeking a HR Benefits & Payroll Manager at our MA facility to oversee all HR duties, benefit coordination, and payroll processing for up to 200 employees (across multiple states and business entities).

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for up to 200 employees over multiple entities / states
- Accurately form and maintain employee records as well as ensuring accurate/timely processing of updates
- Prepare and amend necessary HR documents (employment contracts, recruitment guides, etc.)
- Administer pay, benefits, and leave for all employees
- Enforce company policies and best practices
- Administer and manage employee benefits (including Medical, Dental, Vision, Workers' Compensation, FMLA, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with all compliance and regulations as well as prepare for any audits
. Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, Paylocity (payroll), and other software systems
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
Position Details
This is a salaried opportunity with typical business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Pay is dependent upon previous experience and expertise!
