The In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinician responsibilities encompass In-Home diagnostic, evaluation and psychotherapeutic treatment directed to children, adolescents, and adults population, in individual and family modalities.
We have both Fulltime and Fee For Service positions available. The FT position requires 30 hours/week and offers a quarterly productivity bonus. The FFS positions requires that you carry a caseload of 4-5 clients.
The IHT level of care operates based on the Massachusetts Children's Behavior Health Initiative (CBHI) model, providing a "wraparound" level of care, in which the Master Level Clinician will impact the youth and family alongside a Bachelor's level TT&S paraprofessional, to achieve the Clinical goals for each particular case.
The ideal candidate will:
- Complete initial intake documentation, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans, evaluations and screenings, and treatment interventions.
- Provide crisis/emergency assessment and response.
- Consult with area schools, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management.
- Maintain client records and administrative records consistent with the company standards.
- Attend administrative staff meetings as required.
- Attend in-service education, clinical supervision and professional meetings as required.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain reliable, predictable, and regular attendance.
- Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
- Perform other related job duties within contractual and agency requirements.
- Work with other CBHI members to transition to ongoing services.
- Respect diverse views and approaches, demonstrates standards of respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees and clients.
All office work is virtual, clinical sessions are in-person. No in-person office requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in the Mental Health field, including counseling, psychology, family therapy, and social work, or related field.
- One year of experience working with children and families; volunteer and internship experience (Preferred).
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Good organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written and computer skills.
- Proficiency with computers including ability to use or learn to use an electronic health record system, technology, and use of Google Workspace for emails, internal communication, audio-visual communication, and scheduling.
