Brown & Brown seeks a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Rocklin, CA
This is a hybrid role 3 days in office, 2 days from home at an hourly rate of $23/hr.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist the commercial lines team with daily tasks, such as endorsement processing, policy checking, ordering loss runs and any other task assigned
- Process any tasks or requests in a timely fashion
- Assist with department projects as they come up
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
