Position Overview: As a media and marketing rep (Sales), you will be pivotal in driving sales and managing projects from initial client contact to project completion. You will be seeking professionals who want to host a live-streaming video show/TV format, podcast, sponsorship, and advertising.

Over the past 20 years, our AMAZING team has helped clients with… well, a little bit of everything! Brand visibility, websites, SEO, author opportunities, speaker training & booking, graphic design, live streaming video, podcasting, social media - you name it, and we’ve probably done it! Our primary focus is on producing high-quality live streaming video and podcasts, while then looking at all other aspects of their business/brand and seeing how we can support their efforts to grow as an entrepreneur.
You will be responsible for learning about our variety of services and packages, cultivating leads, conducting virtual assessments, providing accurate project estimates, and overseeing project execution to ensure client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and our production team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online resources. Qualify the leads we provide.
- Conduct virtual assessments and consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Write personal and inspiring email openers for each client with associated follow-up.
- Call leads to connect with them personally.
- Thoroughly understand the business we are in and the potential for branding and marketing services for our clients.
- Provide detailed project estimates and proposals based on client requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to finalize project details, including materials, design options, and timelines.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Build relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Must have your own computer, internet, and use outlook and CRM.
- Attend weekly virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the high-ticket media, personal development, TV-radio airtime, or holistic health industry and newly emerging human potential trends in our pop culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent personal phone engagements and Zoom engagements with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, sales metrics, and book calls.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
