Job description
We are looking for a Front Desk / Operations Agent to serve as our owners’ first point of contact. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the condominium industry, we’d love to meet you. Currently looking for Full Time 8 hour shifts. Health Care allotment and generous Paid Time Off policy!
Shift
Responsibilities
- Ensure the property is secure at all times
- Ensure that only properly authorized individuals gain access to the property
- Be alert and attentive at all times
- Require that visitors and contractors adhere to all condo rules
- Patrol the property regularly and report observations
- Register guests when visiting residents
- Receiving packages, registering packages in the system and ensuring they are provided to their proper owner
- Patrolling the property
- Create comprehensive reports for daily activity, incidents, and maintenance reports while patrolling
- Answering resident inquiries regarding maintenance requests
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills (or a willingness to learn)
- Remain calm headed in emergency situations
Skills
- Work experience as a Condo Front Desk / Operations preferred
- Experience with Building Link Software and general access control system software preferred
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable with computers
