Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Manager at our growing real estate firm, you will be instrumental in driving our sales team to exceptional performance and profitability. You will lead by example, teaching advanced sales techniques, hiring top-tier sales talent, holding them accountable to rigorous standards, and ensuring profitability at every turn.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales professionals who embody our company values and deliver results. You will be held accountable for the number and quality of candidates you hire for your division.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and achieve company objectives. Candidates with less than five years of proven strong sales leadership will not be chosen for interviews.
- Training and Development: Implement cutting-edge sales strategies and techniques; conduct regular training sessions to elevate the skills and performance of the sales team. Only candidates with strong sales strategy teaching will be considered.
- Accountability: Establish clear sales objectives and KPIs; monitor and evaluate team performance against these metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Profitability: Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic sales initiatives, effective resource allocation, and cost management.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success as a proven Sales Manager or similar role for a minimum of five (5+) years or more, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and profitability goals. This is a Senior level position. Candidates with less than five years of proven solid experience will not be interviewed.
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices; ability to effectively teach and implement these strategies to candidates that the Manager hires and supervises.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a record of accomplishment of building and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and profitability.
- Results-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
- Current or Previous Real Estate license: The Real Estate License is not necessary if candidate possesses enough sales experience, and the ability to train and lead salespeople is proven to be strong enough. Our firm will pay for the candidate's licensing if the hired candidate does not possess a license.
Compensation:
This position offers a solid performance-based compensation package that can place you among the top 1.0% of income earners in the USA, reflecting your ability to drive and maintain exceptional sales performance and profitability.
