JOB DESCRIPTION
7 Brew DFW is the regional franchisee for 7 Brew in the Greater Dallas Area. The Director of Operations for 7 Brew DFW will have full P&L and operational 5-8 stands with the potential to oversee the for all stands in the region, projected to be 20+ by the end of 2024. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations, managing key performance indicators, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality, and efficiency. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strong combination of organization, discipline, strategic thinking, and operational expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence:
● Develop, implement, and continually refine operational strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
● Become fluent in company management and reporting systems to consistently monitor, manage, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor efficiency, equipment costs, store cleanliness, and other operational metrics that directly impact profitability.
● Be a leader by example by maintaining close relationships with all Stand Managers to understand the nuance of each location and drive optimal performance and results.
● Ensure seamless and consistent operational excellence across all locations. Implement incentive to improve speed of service and product quality.
● Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Manage a sizable, geographically disbursed network of stands.

Financial Management:
● Maintain full P&L responsibility for all stands individually and collectively.
● Review each period and YTD financials with individual stand managers and executive leadership team. Implement and oversee plan for improving results.
● Review KPIs with individual Stand Managers District Managers weekly and provide guidance and coaching to insure all Managers hit targeted KPI’s.
● Provide financial report for each four-week period on individual and company financial performance, actual to budget.
● Collaborate with the CEO and VP Finance to develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis for each stand as well as the entire organization as a whole.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability; address any deviations from targets.
● Implement and execute local stand marketing initiatives and promotions to grow sales period to period.
● Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize inventory levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
● Manage monthly payroll budgets.
● Manage monthly and quarterly food cost targets.
Team Leadership:
● Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team to meet financial KPIS.
● Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive individual and team development.
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and a strong sense of company culture.
● Maintain management depth by regularly planning for succession, actively recruiting and critically selecting internal and external management candidates.
Expansion and Growth:
● Coordinate activities associated with timely new store openings.
● Play a key role in the company's expansion plans, including site selection, market analysis, and new store openings.
● Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Proven track record of success as a multi-unit operations District / Area Manager or Regional Manager; 3 years+ preferred.
● Drive through coffee, drinks: 2 years + a strong positive.
● QSR background with Drive-Through experience strongly preferred.
● Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost control measures.
● Systems and data-driven; goal and results-oriented.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
● Organized and excellent planner, communicator, and team player.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
● Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as a team.
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
● Highly energetic and motivated individual.
● Willingness to immerse themselves in the 7 Brew experience, culture, values and mission with a ‘beginner’s mindset.’
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,500.00 - $127,512.00 per year
