We are seeking an efficient and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to oversee administrative and clerical duties in our office. This role involves answering calls, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them in locating the appropriate office or staff member, if needed.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Uphold office security protocols, safety measures, and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with therapists, children, and parents, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Handle diverse personalities with tact and professionalism.
- Adapt seamlessly to changes in office procedures and workflows.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record maintenance is advantageous.
