Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on Veeva Vault applications.
- In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and validation processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FDA, GxP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other Veeva systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Veeva QualityDocs) is a plus.
- Certification in QA or Veeva Vault is preferred
- Job Summary: The QA Specialist - Veeva Vault will be responsible for the quality assurance and validation of Veeva Vault applications, ensuring they meet regulatory and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, a deep understanding of the Veeva Vault platform, and experience in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Veeva Vault QA and Validation:
- Perform detailed QA activities for Veeva Vault applications, including planning, execution, and documentation of tests.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Veeva Vault applications.
- Validate that Veeva Vault configurations meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all QA processes and activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GxP).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all QA activities, test results, and any identified issues.
- Prepare and review validation protocols and reports.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Units, to ensure effective communication and resolution of quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on QA best practices and Veeva Vault functionality.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of QA best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and Veeva Vault capabilities.
