Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Assistant /Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing payments, handling invoices, and all other required office/administrative tasks. Quickbooks experince necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist with payroll processing
- Organize and maintain financial files and records
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is required
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to organize and file financial documents accurately
