Job Summary
This is a supervisory position assisting the Fleet Manager in supervising the Detailers including hands on active participation to ensure that the image of our company is reflected in the appearance and condition of our equipment and facilities and maintain the company’s high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Supervise the staff to achieve goals, work with the Commercial Fleet Manager to assist with planning and organizing workloads and staff assignment schedules to ensure the most effective use of staff and monitor
- Train, counsel, motivate, and evaluate assigned staff, review progress and direct changes as needed; monitor performance; and give recommendations to Fleet Manager on advancement and disciplinary actions.
- Wash, scrub, polish, and detail vehicles and equipment
- Clean and perform facilities repairs and
- Collaborate with Fleet Manager to create organizational procedure/syllabus for cleaning rotation of vehicles to ensure they are show ready and meet HTA standards for presentation and cleanliness
Other Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
Successful candidate must pass a drug test and a background search
