We are looking for a candidate who will:
- Take responsibility for identifying and seizing opportunities to acquire new customer groups by promoting PSI’s products and services to schools while expanding offerings to existing clients. This may involve engaging with third-party administrators and various business types within your designated territory.
- Cultivate relationships with school advisor who will advocate for PSI's product portfolio to students in their care. You'll oversee these relationships while coordinating internal account support.
- Ensure PSI's products are competitively positioned across all distribution channels within your assigned area(s). You'll be pivotal in the development of growth planning, crafting selling strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a sales strategy tailored to your assigned area(s), aligning with customers' needs to meet and surpass revenue goals.
- Evaluate short-term and long-term market potential by understanding PSI’s current market position and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Collaborate with company leadership to address clients' business concerns, aligning PSI’s plan development, technology solutions, underwriting, and other internal resources to meet client needs.
- Create quarterly presentations on your assigned area(s), including competitor analysis, customer preferences, emerging industry trends, and B2B opportunities. This will require you to evaluate different data types and draw your own conclusions.
- The ability to travel within a designated territory when necessary.
- Represent PSI positively and professionally.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- An active health insurance license for the state of MA
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to strategize for long-term outcomes collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $74,600.00 per year
