Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Roof Sales Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Roof Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential commercial clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing account management
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

Pay: $68,079.00 - $78,209.00 per year
