Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of donuts. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our team.
Shifts needed are 5am-1pm and 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts according to established recipes and standards
- Decorate donuts using various techniques, including piping, glazing, food printing and icing
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all baked goods meet our high standards
- Collaborate with the owners to develop new ideas and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils used in pastry production
- Proficient decorating and custom pastry creation
- Experience working in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Solid understanding of food production techniques and processes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative flair for decorating and pastry presentation
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
