What You'll Bring:
7+ years' experience providing administrative support to C-level executives and advanced knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required .
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong composition abilities for drafting emails, reports, and other documents. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, experienced in developing and managing complex schedules, and proficient in mathematics for report compilation.
Effective interaction with both on-site and remote staff, building strong relationships and navigating complex, matrixed enterprise and/or consulting environments, and working with sales teams is a plus.
Impact You'll Make:
Initiate, establish , and communicate department meetings on behalf of the executive. Prepare agendas, ensure meetings progress according to schedule, and follow up on action items.
Collect and prepare information for discussions and meetings with staff and external individuals. Organize, prioritize, and summarize incoming materials and special requests, and follow up on projects assigned by the executive.
Review materials accuracy, format, procedural conformance, and internal consistency. Ensure proper approvals are obtained before releasing correspondence.
Prepare special reports and respond to inquiries by selecting relevant information from various sources, including reports, documents, and correspondence.
In the executive's absence, coordinate timely communication of requests, issues, and action items to the appropriate managers .
Organize, prepare, and review departmental and executive management reports, and prepare presentations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
