Job Description:
Intentional Spaces is seeking a dedicated, driven, and compassionate therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about the idea of investing in and building community, working collaboratively to bring people together, increase the quality of client care, and dedicated to the idea of continued personal and professional growth. You will be a key part of our mission to create a supportive environment for our clients and fellow therapists.
This position is fully remote and allows autonomy in scheduling, caseload, client demographic, and practice structure. Intentional Spaces provides administrative support including insurance credentialing, insurance billing and reimbursement, marketing management, electronic medical record set-up and training, supervision and clinical consultation. You will also have access to our community resources including information on best documentation practices, creation of treatment plans, assistance through the licensure process, and curated community events that foster connection and celebration. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, relationship, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans through utilization of diagnostic materials including the DSM-V and standardized clinical testing measures.
Collaborate with other therapists and team members to foster a strong sense of community and inclusion, ideally including participation in community-building activities and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Work autonomously through competency in time management and organization.
Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice, as outlined by your licensing board, and maintain confidentiality compliant with HIPAA practice standards.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Associate license-eligible to practice in Washington State.
Highly motivated and excited about personal and professional growth.
Strong commitment to community building and collaborative work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload.
Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Pay: $45.00 - $62.00 per hour
