Job Summary:
We are seeking a Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services to enhance the customer experience. This position requires a Property & Casualty License. Please do not apply if you are not licensed in the State of Texas with a Property & Casualty License.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, account questions, billing, and other concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable products or services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers using proper phone etiquette
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Sales experience is beneficial
