**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or food industry, with a strong background in fine dining and food preparation. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in assisting with shift and kitchen management, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations - Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met - Provide guidance and support to team members - Manage inventory and supplies - Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Assist in training new staff members **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure - Experience with banquet operations is desirable - Flexible availability to work various shifts Joining our team as a Shift Leader offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued, and you can contribute to the success of our establishment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.25 - $16.00 per hour
