Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
Job Summary
As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment during the shift. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, machine setup, preventive maintenance, and collaborating with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance
· Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
· Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Troubleshooting
· Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
· Collaborate with other maintenance team members to find effective solutions.
Repair and Replacement
· Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
· Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.
Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
· Utilize maintenance management documentation procedures for documentation.
Safety Compliance
· Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
· Participate in safety training programs.
Collaboration
· Work closely with production and other departments to understand equipment needs and priorities.
· Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
