You’ll be doing things like…
Meal planning
Managing training – scheduling time blocks, accountability, reminders
Oversee fitness goals – tracking macros, reporting
Overseeing wellness protocols (Body composition scans, blood tests)
Preparing supplements (I take about 12 a day)
Training alongside me - Lifting, running, etc

Must haves for this position:
Ability to crush the task list above.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability/willingness to drive around.
At least half of this work will be done in my home or office/shop. The other half at Lifetime (membership included) or elsewhere for running.
Strong boundaries – this is a professional yet casual work environment. Most things you’ll do are of a personal nature.
Available during the work week, bonus points if you can also be free during weekends.
