Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEM Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record managing search engine marketing campaigns, in the personal injury law vertical. You should have experience managing large monthly budgets and optimizing for case type specific KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve quality scores and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Manage monthly budgets of at least six figures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our SEM strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM, with at least 2 years focusing on personal injury law.
- Proven experience managing substantial monthly budgets (six figures and above).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or other relevant SEM certifications is a plus.
