- Deliver commodities from prep areas to production lion areas' Document and sign off on various processes in dough production (sanitation, rejection procedure, dough weight)
· Ensure compliance with all safety standards, sanitation, and HACCP policies and procedures
· Must comply with Catering Operations HACCP requirements
· Is able to weigh commodities accurately within 1-gram tolerance and not waste excess amount of ingredients
· Deliver commodities from prep areas to production line areas
· Qualifications for food production
· Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion and the use of heavy machinery
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
