Responsibilities:
As a resort Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for call in and walk in reservations which include processing payment and safeguarding guest information. You will coordinate services per guest requests to ensure a positive stay. You will need to work collaboratively with other staff members in the hotel to ensure a safe, positive stay for the guests. As needed you will be expected to assist others in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Must be willing to undergo a background check as a part of the hiring process.
Essential Functions:
- Perform guest check in and check out
- Answer multi line phone
- Keep accurate account of reservations
- Engage with a variety of customers in a professional manner
- Remain calm under pressure
- Exhibit problem solving skills in difficult situations
