Job Title: Office Manager with Human Resource Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to be a key member of our administrative staff. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including facility management, event planning, and HR tasks. Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Order and maintain office supplies, including inventory management
- Manage the facility, including maintenance, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensure scope/completion, and verify invoices
- Coordinate with phone, IT, and printer vendors
- Assist staff with software issues and call off-site IT as needed
Event Planning
- Plan and execute company events and meetings
- Coordinate logistics, food, and participation
- Ensure successful execution of events
HR Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Prepare work stations for new employees
- Participate with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer benefits, compensation, and employee records
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist with developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate with employee transitions from employment, positions, and benefit changes
- Assist CFO and accounting department with various tasks including payroll, AP/AR functions and property/project insurance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in office management and HR
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
