KODA Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic founded in 2017 with a mission to help patients of varying ages and functional levels reach their desired functional goals and get them back to the activities they love. We are Located in Petaluma, CA, and we are an insurance-based private practice that is thriving and experiencing rapid growth as we serve patients throughout Sonoma County. - Hold an active license to practice physical therapy in the state of California or be eligible to obtain your license.
- Someone who has Positive attitude with great people skills (comfortable with one-on-one interactions)
- Someone who is looking for a long-term position
- Demonstrate a willingness to work with patients of all ages and functional levels.
- Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient if necessary.
- Be able to communicate clearly with doctors to ensure our patients are getting the care they need if our findings are deemed beyond our scope
- Supervise Physical Therapist aides, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
- Demonstrate the willingness to collaborate with other PT’s to discuss different strategies for patient care/treatment plans
- Demonstrate the willingness to be accountable for their performance
- Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date, accurate and in the agreed time frame needed to allow for timely billing
- Be open and willing to take on students
- Bonus if you are fluent in Spanish
- Part-time with hopes to transition into Full-time.
