Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage) transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, motors, and instrumentation. This role involves fieldwork, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for complex electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LV and MV transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, motors, and instrumentation.
- Conduct field inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and integrate new solutions to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in field engineering, with a focus on LV and MV transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, motors, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- NETA Certified
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
