We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team!
*This is an on-site role, but you will oversee three of our sites.*

About the Role:
As an Office Manager with Oberfields you are responsible for:
- Oversight of the Office Personnel (this includes doing any coaching, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, or disciplining of the employees) for Three Locations in the Columbus Area
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Completing Payroll Tasks
- Being the First Point-Of-Contact for any HR Needs (at the branch level)
- Taking On Month-End Closing Procedures
- Processing Safety Updates
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- JDEdwards
- KRONOS
- Project Coordination
- Human Resources
- Office Management (At Least 2 Years)
- (They will need to have good multi-tasking, communication, and organizational ability, as well!)
