Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of psychological and neuropsychological tests to patients of all ages.
- Plan, schedule, implement, and monitor all psychometric and technical requirements in support of psychometric assessments.
- Score test results in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of test administration and results.
- Conduct interviews and observe behaviors for selection and evaluation purposes, providing age-appropriate assessments and interventions.
- Ensure all testing materials and data are handled confidentially and securely.
- Perform normative data/scoring and report writing for clinical patients.
- Observe, manage, and document patient's behavior and condition throughout the testing process.
- Enter testing/patient conditions and test results into patient records.
- Write evaluation reports under the supervision of a faculty.
- Employ alternate or modified assessment instruments and/or strategies as necessary.
- Communicate results to the patient's healthcare team.
- Actively participate in clinical assessments with staff and clinicians.
- Assist in program development and participate in clinical research as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in psychometric testing and assessment tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national, regional, and state assessment systems, programs, and technology.
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits and demonstrate respect for others.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to address client inquiries, provide technical support, and offer expert guidance on assessment usage.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Psychometrics, Psychology, Education Measurement, or related fields.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Training in standard psychological/neuropsychological test administration.
- Strong knowledge of psychometric theory, statistics, and research methodology.
- Passion for innovation and commitment to making a meaningful impact.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of basic counseling skills is preferred.
- Confident self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
