A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquires. Some duties include:

Providing responsive and professional customer service to members regarding their auto insurance policies.

Advising of and selling membership benefits to customers on calls.
-
Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.

Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.

Attending coachings and team meetings.

Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for those with the following:

Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars

Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.

Customer service experience preferred.

Sales experience would be helpful.

Willingness to work Saturdays.

Must be willing to advise of and sell membership benefit products.

Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
