We are a family-owned regional uniform retailer. We are currently looking to add a full-time retail sales associate to our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to sell and to serve others. Our retail team takes pride in superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs
-Effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service-oriented role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
