RFS® headquarters is located in Brooksville, FL with an additional office in Waco, TX, however, we provide nationwide coverage to our client base through a diverse collection of office and remote Team Members.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, communicate, and advise on multiple tasks, ensuring team accountability and adherence to project timelines
- Administer all material and logistical needs at job sites, ensuring labor crews are well-prepared upon arrival
- Master scheduling, logistics, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment prioritizing project needs collaboratively
- Assist Project Managers in gathering pricing and availability for materials and specialty vendors
- Maintain real-time updates in business systems to provide stakeholders with accurate information
- Complete accurate job costing of materials and labor in the business system
- Communicate schedule with Clients and operating participants prior to the crews arrival and upon the start of the project via email and phone
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and energetic with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when necessary
- Ability to manage logistics and willingness to become forklift certified
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to changing technologies
- Experience in working on construction-related projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
