We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Recruiter. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and handle office administrative.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it tidy and presentable
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide clerical support such as typing, proofreading, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, recruiter, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
