Key Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, manage, support, and motivate a team of 10 or more ISW (Independent Service Writers).
- Prospect and recruit multiple ISW.
- Oversee creation and completion of accurate and timely job packets.
- Review first 5 job packets of each new ISW (FSM’s responsibility if present)
- Build ISW teams, recognize achievements, and organize training. Promote and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Meet sales quotas. This includes weekly door knocking and subject2 quota per ISW goals
- Collect End of Day information from ISWs, including appointments, bought deals, total sales, door knocks, ect.
- Communicate with Internal Support Staff (ISS) on client issues and concerns and with Field Support Manager (FSM) on jobs and pricing.
- Measure weekly/monthly sales data and update sales boards to share with ISWs. (FSM if Present)
- Act as liaison between sales and production departments as needed throughout job completion.
- Review weekly AR reports from Collections.
- Explain draws, commissions and cut-off dates to ISWs.
- Solve any ISW commission issues within two business days of paycheck distribution.
- Submit weekly time tracking and expense reporting via email to RVP of Sales.
- Facilitate job reviews with ISWs for jobs that cap under goal.
- Maintain office supplies, sales materials, apparel, forms, etc. and work with Sales Assistant to order needed items.
- Follow up on leads, both self-generated and internal.
- Review all open jobs pending insurance approval twice monthly within Chronicle to maintain an accurate job pipeline.
- Monitor FSS rejected jobs within Chronicle daily.
- Provide approval to FSS for non-contracted estimate requests.
- Adhere to company policies, process documentation and quality control processes.
- Demonstrate deadline adherence, time management best practices and mutual respect to all internal team’s time and efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
What YOU bring to the role:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Job Nimbus, Natural Forms, Hail Recon).
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong training mindset that revolves around making others better around you.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Comfortable performing inspections and sales calls that include getting on the roof.
- Agile and adaptable to change.
- Predisposition to learning and development.
- Strong Knowledge of best marketing practices.
How YOU separate yourself from the masses:
- Leadership experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience selling roofing to residential or commercial clients.
- Previous experience with Job Nimbus a plus
- Proven track record of leading teams that crush sales forecast

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
