JOB OVERVIEW:
- TITLE: Customer Service Rep
- DURATION: Position transitions to temp-to-hire after 6 months.
- LOCATION: Irving, TX 75069 (Onsite role – candidate must reside within reasonable driving distance of Dallas Fort Worth area)
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- TRAINING: 6-8 weeks onsite.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, communicate with healthcare providers and patients.
- Coordinate and schedule patient shipments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years Customer Service/Call Center experience, MS Office proficiency, 40-50 WPM typing.
- Availability to work onsite.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to adhere to Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule with potential for overtime.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays if required.
- No planned time off in the next 90 days.
- Possession of necessary skills as outlined.
